Changchun Fangyuan Opto-Electronic Technology Co.Ltd, Inc, funded in June 1997. The company was invested jointly by Changchun Research Institute of Optics, fine Mechanics and Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CIOMP) and Beijing hisign cogent Co., Ltd.) Fangyuan is in conformity with GB/T19001-2000 (idt9001: 2000).

With the great technical contributive of professional optical, mechanical, electrical and computer engineers, Fangyuan has prominent ability on research, development and production of fingerprint scanner, and the optical & electrical device. Most of our products was patented, and are widely being used all over the world in many areas. Fangyuan is the one and the only Chinese manufacturer supplying optical fingerprint scanners.

Fangyuan has the unique technical on eliminating distortion of tilted fingerprint capturing surface, the fingerprint image scanner captured is sharp and the contrast is extremely high. Fangyuan invented the first innovative undistorted fingerprint scanner in China and keep the dominating position of fingerprint capturing device area in China.
